The main intention of this research is to recycle food waste by bioreactor to reduce pollution. The mini bioreactor was created in hopes to resolve some of the issues encountered in many serious environmental problems like global warming that leads to serious risks, such as loss of coastal lands, the risk of flooding and drought and biodiversity. The objectives of the study are to investigate how the mechanism of Mini bioreactor producing bioethanol from food waste as the bioreactive compound assists in minimizing waste product, to investigate the function of bioethanol as an alternative energy source to help save the planet and to investigate the number of yeasts used which have the greatest impact on the Mini Bioreactor producing Bioethanol. Hence the product will be deemed successful if the Mini Bioreactor is expected to be able to produce bioethanol and maintain its condition in producing the bioethanol needed. Otherwise, the Mini Bioreactor will be deemed a failure. We collected and analyzed survey data using quantitative research. The survey's objective is to gather public feedback on the product. Respondents will be asked a series of closed-ended questions before being asked an open-ended question. The survey will be given to 54 participants of various ages. After analyzing the collected data from the survey handed out, our results could be deemed successful as most of the respondents had a bright outlook on this product. Nearly all the respondents believe that the Mini Bioreactor is assisting in minimizing waste product, act as an alternative source for the planet and investigate the number of yeast used which has the most influence on the product. As for the open-ended section of our survey, the respondents commented on their optimistic responses and others had some suggestions on how to improve the product and make it more sensible for the public.
